An Avian Muse

The crows used on the labels were created by local artist Nicola Tager. 
Tager has been featured throughout the Seattle area in many galleries and shows.  She utilizes a unique style, starting each painting by first doing a layer of orange on the canvas.
Jean Claude saw Tager's work displayed in a show and contacted her about contributing to his new project.  Five paintings were created custom for Le Bec Fin and thus began the crow as a symbol for this brand.
Tager's work is not limited to crows  - painting people and places just as beautifully as she does animals. Her work will be prominent in all marketing and branding materials for Le Bec Fin.
